Pissed off people say stupid things. This thread proves that.

My only problem with the people out here Leroy is the bizarre dichotomy. "If we didn't win the game, someone must have screwed us."

I'm not even saying it was a well-officiated game because it wasn't. The late hit was a bad call. Every Nebraska fan I know has shown me the Youtube video of an A&M player fingering Ben Cotton in the dogpile, which is why he kicked him (of course, that happens in every game... this is just the one that got videotaped).

The referees missed some calls... and that was it. This idea that Dan Beebe is trying to rig the outcome of the game is baffling.

If it was a conspiracy, the game against mizzou was the only game they needed to lose

Oh come on, you want a fact by fact breakdown of Nebraska's problems in the Mizzou football thread?

Hyperbole aside, Nebraska's defense plays extremely physical and is constantly flirting with the line between aggressive and penalty. For Nebraska fans to point to the picked up flag for pass interference(which wasn't remotely close to interference) is pretty hypocritical since their corners and safeties do worse with regularity.

The hot word now is that Taylor Martinez is off the team. No word on if he quit or was kicked off, or even if it's true yet, but there's definitely smoke to this.

Yes, that is what I want.

This.

Also, what does this loss really matter? They still control their own destiny and it's not like a 1 loss Big XII team had a shot at the title game anyway.

Mizzou has no shot at Cotton Bowl. The Big 12 Bowl lineup sucks.
Oklahoma- BCS
Nebraska- Cotton
OSU- Holliday
Texas A&M- Alamo
Mizzou- Insight

Missouri, w/ a possible 10-2 record, and a top 10 most difficult schedule, could end up playing a 7-5 Michigan team. The Big Ten owns too many good bowl spots. And Missouri gets no respect come bowl time.

Jeff Sagarins rankings are really neat. I don't understand how he does strength of schedule. But, it seems like a lot of clumping occurs near the 73-75 rating. I definitely don't understand how Mizzou SOS is ranked more difficult than any SEC West team since he has 4 West teams in the top 9 but that's a minor complaint since they're all right there together.

The Insight is actually above the Holiday in the bowl order now. So, my thought is we're likely to end up there, playing Arizona. That wouldn't be so bad.
