There's a pretty cut and dry policy on concussions these days. I'm sure he went through the gamut of tests in regards to concussions.

If he had a concussion he wouldn't be playing. Sounds to be like he got REALLY lucky. Dude must have a brick for a melon.

Well this makes me really look forward to this game. Taking a 3-1 lead over the Hawks and bringing it back to STL on Friday sounds pretty amazing to me. Score a couple goals and go up early and then just physically kick their ass the rest of the night.

Who gets scrathed if Backes is in the lineup? Tough decision. Cracks and Porter have been playing really well and have been sparks early in games offensively for the Blues.

Would Morrow sit again? Maybe Porter.

Glad he's back. I'm with you guys....hope he's not being put at an unreasonable risk of further injury. Lot's of pressure on the Blues to win, though. And, I'm sure Backes is probably not taking "no" for an answer.
