Which strike/lockout do you want to end first?
Inspiration for this thread: The replacement officials for the NFL are--I hate to use this term--embarrasing. The first half of the Rams game yesterday was insane for how many simple calls they were completely blowing. The replacements are incompentent.
Verdict: NFL needs to pay up. Refs are notoriously underpaid in the NFL compared to other leagues.
And I already miss hockey. This lockout pisses me off.

Both. Management in both leagues need to eat a bowl of dicks. If you were asking which league should eat a bigger bowl of dicks, that would be the NFL. It's just terrible that they're willing to put out a subpar product because they're quibbling over chump change. I have a four-year-old that I watch cartoons with. Mr. Krabs should own an NFL franchise.

Nice incorporation of Leroy into the poll.

NHL...I really, really, really want to see the NFL playoffs with replacement refs...think of the violence!
EDIT: Didn't see the Leroy option...that would obviously be my first choice.

Yeah I missed the Leroy option as well and voted for the stupid teachers.
If it's between the NHL and the officials I vote the officials, because I just don't care about the NHL. I used to follow them for a few years when I lived in St. Louis but I watch one game a year - the goofy ass outdoor new years day deal. I don't like hockey because they play it on ice, which seems crazy. Too cold.

I also missed the Leroy option, and I would have voted that.

Hockey, without a doubt. The NHL is finally starting to gain some ground and, if this lockout is prolonged, it will destroy the gains it has made.

Thanks for pointing out the Leroy option. Got my vote.

Seriously, the NFL is just a bunch of a-holes. This is chump change.

How about respecting it by...I don't know...having competent officials?"We contacted them to remind them that everyone has a responsibility to respect the game," NFL executive vice president Ray Anderson said Thursday night. "We expect it to be adhered to this weekend and forevermore."
