In 2008, she won the FIS World Cup overall title and the downhill title. She has 18 career World Cup race victories (11 downhill, 3 super G, 2 giant slalom, 2 slalom), just one behind Tamara McKinney, who excelled in the slalom and giant slalom.

And she's kinda hot too.

Vonn won another gold at the World Championships on Sunday in Val d'Isere, this time in the downhill (her 1st gold was in super G).

ARE, Sweden -- Lindsey Vonn became the first American woman to win two World Cup overall titles after her victory Wednesday in the last downhill of the season.

The American completed the 1.6-mile Olympia course at the World Cup finals in 1 minute, 42.49 seconds after posting the fastest splits all the way down.

Vonn sets the record for WC points in a season. She's aiming for the Herminator's record of 2,000 pts. If she scores 12th or higher in today's Super G final, she gets it.

She is just a great all-around skier, with overall WC titles, 5 downhill, 4 super G, and 3 combined. She is arguably the greatest women's skier of all time.
