They don't do this sort of thing any more, but they should throw a parade for this guy. What a great example for many future NHL players to follow. The ideal defenseman, teammate, citizen, etc.

Which is a good thing, because he won a cup with Cal, but had more individual awards as a Blue. Based on the Bruce Suter vote, Al would have gone in as a Flame.
