Rejoice - well maybe?
Foxsports reports that we get the MJ's kid - Jeffery Jordan - as a walk on.
Can any of our esteemed Chicago members tell me if he has got any potential to be a decent player at least?? From what I have seen, he wasn't too bad of a player in highschool.

Hence, why I was asking if any Chicago prep b-ball fans had an opinion on the skill level. I check in on who they are recuiting, and no mention of any interest by the team staff.lukethedrifter wrote:i dunno who else recruited him but the son of a gazillionaire being a walkon really means not very much
One benefit - IF HE EVER PLAYS - is the huge jump in attendence just on the chance MJ will show.

I'm a big Chicago prep basketball fan....he's so-so. He was recruited by mid-majors. By the time he is a junior he could see some minutes off the bench...I'd say that's his ceiling. His younger brother should be 10x the player he is. My guess is this "preferred" walk-on offer is to get the inside track for his little bro'.
