Don't like him. But, I praise him for separating himself from the Cubs organization and am not surprised that, subsequently, he is having success.omaha_red wrote:after seeing sammy's 3-run homer last night,

I've got nothing against the guy, and I'm not sure why other people do. He doesn't have Bonds' attitude, and we have less evidence against him than McGwire. The worst things are he used to be a Cub and got caught with a corked bat. as far as numbers go, most everything I've read suggests cork doesn't help. He tried to cheat, but he joins an illustrious group of players in that respect. As far as being a former Cub, I don't care. I have no problem with Derek Lee or Aramis Ramirez today.

when cubs are cubs I hate them but when they become former cubs I tolerate them.ghostrunner wrote:I've got nothing against the guy, and I'm not sure why other people do. I still dislike him, for reasons other than baseball.ghostrunner wrote:I've got nothing against the guy, and I'm not sure why other people do.
