That Tiller kid throws a mean duck. Not that it matters when your WR's make catches like that.

Mizzou always seems to have good timing on calling those trick plays.

It's been ugly, but it's looking like a W.

It's kind of a synopsis for the whole season.cardsfansince82 wrote:It's been ugly, but it's looking like a W.

So, uh... Colorado is playing next week for bowl eligibility, and has won two in a row, and Nebraska is tied right now and Taylor Martinez is hurt.
(sorry, I know it's the longest of long shots)

Colorado also is 2-0 since they fired Hawkins, and it's their last game against their biggest B12 rival until...maybe ever.JL21 wrote:So, uh... Colorado is playing next week for bowl eligibility, and has won two in a row, and Nebraska is tied right now and Taylor Martinez is hurt.

aTm needs to provide step 1 right now. Thankfully, the team will know going into the game since NU/CU is on Friday.

The crappy thing is that the aTm team we were hoping to beat Nebraska will almost certainly leapfrog Mizzou in the bowl pecking order. This despite the ass-whoopin' Mizzou gave to aTm and that Mizzou currently has a better record.

Mizzou actually has an ace up its sleeve with this year's bowl season: They haven't played in JerryWorld yet, where the Cotton Bowl is this year. The Cotton Bowl may have some large reservations about taking the team that lost the B12 championship game on that field just a few weeks earlier. Also, OSU played in the Cotton Bowl last year, and aTm lost to Arkansas there earlier this season. Neither are positives in getting legions of fans to go back to that field so soon. Also, the Cotton Bowl loves Mizzou for the huge crowd they brought in 2007.JL21 wrote:The crappy thing is that the aTm team we were hoping to beat Nebraska will almost certainly leapfrog Mizzou in the bowl pecking order. So basically, just hope that OU makes the B12 championship game, and Mizzou stands a decent shot at getting the Cotton Bowl if they beat KU.
