One of the worst things to come from the rise of the Heat is the popularity of Dan LeBetard.

Would the Miami big 3 (or 2-1/2 or whatever they are now) really want Carmelo on their team? They won't get the ball back if they pass to him, and I'm not sure they'd pass enough to him to make him happy.

I LOVE the way they play. If they can find a way to win the championship this year, it will be 5 titles for them in 15 years. I think they're one of the more under-appreciated franchises, not only in NBA history, but in all of sports.

Incredible ball movement. Kawhi Leonard is becoming a beast. Diaw playing so well.

The Spurs are the Cardinals of the NBA. The ball movement is incredible - they make a laser pass to setup another laser pass to setup a dish to a wide open guy.

Leonard is going to be a star. He's like a 5 tool baseball player with 60 marks across the board.

I would like to see what Leonard can do as a #1 or 2 guy. We might find out soon enough. If/when the Spurs win the title I wouldn't be surprised if Duncan and Ginobli both retire.

We drafted Patty Mills 55th in 2009. He had a few short-minute runs then went to China. Mostly remembered for being a really cool guy off the court, and raising money in PDX when Australia had those floods. Now he's a valuable rotation member on a Finals team. Exact same background (minus China) for Jeff Ayers (picked him 31st in 2009), though he was more valuable to them in the season on 'Pop nights'. Pop is like LaRussa/Duncan.
