Well after last night you just might get that final. Pops being pops last night, pulled the starters and the bench got them to within striking distance, but he just stuck with the bench.

Do all you Bulls fans care if LBJ matches MJ's 3-straight--or has a chance to surpass it?

Nope.

He won't because the spurs are going to win, but even if he does, I'm not such a reductive thinker or possessive of someone else's legacy that I'd care.

Figured as much. If the Heat win, they all have to stay and try to do what the Bulls and Lakers never did, I'd think. So, another good thing about a Spurs win would be, maybe, an end to this Heat chapter that I don't care much for. The next chapter would probably be about the same, but at least it would be different.

I could care less, but I am rooting for the Spurs.

BTW - how on earth did they play that game in those conditions last night? 90 degrees inside is intolerable.

Nah. To me, it's not really the same thing. Today's game is made up of "super teams" built through free agency. MJ didn't go anywhere to pursue a trophy........... he brought the trophy to his team.

Missed free throws and a Ginobli turnover. I've seen this before.

This [expletive] and the constant crying to the refs after every drive has to stop.
