I'd place the quality of the Macklind Deli sandwich just a tick above those Landshire things you get at 7-11.

I finally tried BCD today. I got the muffaletta and I have to say, I was a little unimpressed. The olive salad was a bit too much. Good ingredients, though. I feel obligated to give the place another try with any of the other 3,000 menu items that sounded great.

Oh definately return. The muffeletta is pretty weak. I'd venture to say very weak. I tried it once and I'll never order it again.

I finally tried the Uncle Fe and Dave's Stinger on special earlier this week. Outstanding. I want one right now.

I'm beginning to wonder if the waiter and three people in front of me conspired to play a practical joke on me. I asked what I should get and that was the consensus.

I can't believed you dissed BCD. And why would you get the muffaleta if you're not an olive man? Did they have Sloppy Steve's today?

Add Adriana's on the hill to the list of solid sandwich places in St. Louis.

I went back to BCD and got the Delta Bayou. It was pretty impressive.
