The Hopslam is damn good. Another worth trying, if you're into coffee stouts, is their Java stout. One of the best I've had.Gashouse wrote:I bought a sixer of Bell's Hopslam last week. Oh boy is it good. It's pricey at something like $16-17 for a six-pack, so despite how good it is, the price means it's far from a bargain. That said, there's a darn good chance I'll buy another sixer when it comes out again next year.

Bell's is quickly becoming my second favorite brewer, after Dogfish Head. Nothing competes with Dogfish for creativity and execution across the board. They're in a league of their own. But Bell's, for overall quality across a broad range of styles is tough to beat. Off the top of my head I can't think of another craft brewer with a wider range of beers, almost all of which are near the top of their class.
