I was disappointed by AC, but it looks like they fixed a lot of the problems. I'll pick it up if there's a good sale.

Yep, there's a few games like that on my radar. When something gets a "Playstation Greatest Hits" title, the price gets cut in half...pretty nice to pick up Uncharted for that price.

l4d2 is pretty badass...its bigger, harder, faster (that's what she said)...it's full of zombie gore and a challenge

i was going to get AC2 at the same time, but decided to wait....i'll definitely get AC2 soon, but i'm gonna be playing l4d2 for awhile so i figured i should wait

Xbox live updates for Facebook, Twitter and LastFM came out this week. Only one I've tried or care about is the Last FM one, but I was hoping it would let you stream music while playing games or being in the dashboard. You have to just go to the Music section and you can listen while you're there. This seems to miss the point to me. I can listen to regular radio, internet radio, Pandora or one of the music stations on digital cable already. I don't need a dedicated place on my console to go listen to music, though I admit the presentation is pretty nice. It's a game console - let me listen while I play.

I know, but it would be cool with the service on the console if I could hear new music while I'm playing or pause my game, change stations, look at artist info, etc.....

Are these updates optional? I just signed in and got no prompt, which is fine because none of the dashboard screw around options work for me.
