Pat Buchanan is just gushing over Palin on msnbc. And he loved Rudy's speech too.

My guess is they'll let Arizona be the state to put him over the top in delegates needed.JG1982 wrote:Can someone educate me?
They are doing the Republican roll call, and they showed some of it on CNN, and Arizona, John McCain's home state, passed on giving their 52 votes to McCain..
Is that a rule? Or what was upw ith that?

Re: Obama/Biden vs. McCain/Palin: The Thread
They just interviewed Rudy and he mentioned that that very subject. Hillary and Biden's comments. Said Obama could only get half of his own party's vote, and the Republicans are united. We'll be hearing a lot of that over the next 2 months.ghostrunner wrote:I imagine we'll be hearing more about Hillary and Biden's comments from the primary about Obama not being prepared. I think Hillary even spoke of McCain favorably by comparison.
Also, that clinging to guns, religion, etc will be hammered on some more. Easily the dumbest thing Obama said in his whole campaign, and I think he deserves some flack over it.

Lol, what % did McCain? I mean come on, this united crap is laughable. The Republicans are no more united than the Democrats as obviously McCain has issues as well with large constituencies within the party.Radbird wrote:(Giuliani) Said Obama could only get half of his own party's vote, and the Republicans are united. I think Anderson Cooper is way too over the top smart for his own good..
He just said that women voters in America won't vote for McCain/Palin simply because she is a woman..
I personally think she is picking up a lot of votes simply BECAUSE of that fact

I love the McCain lovefest when most Republicans hate him.clement wrote:Lol, what % did McCain? I mean come on, this united crap is laughable.
