The word "context" has the nice, crisp sound of a pair of shears snipping off flesh.Leroy wrote:Nice jab.pop_haines wrote:Oh, so we're back to nut cutting, are we?!?Leroy wrote:Different strokes.pop_haines wrote:That's ok, I just like typing 'context'.Leroy wrote:I don't know if there is context to the cutting off of nuts.
Really, I just like typing 'cut his nuts off'.

I once helped castrate pigs. Stepping on those nuts after you cut them off is a most unusual sensation.

Question, when did Dick Morris become a nut-hugging neo-con? And if you listened to Morris today on the Pukeface Hannity Show, he said that an Obama presidency would mean a disastrous health care system where the people who actually work and deserve it would have to wait in line for the smokers, fatties and illegal aliens who will be clogging up the system.
And Pukeface said today that he truly believes John McCain is a socialist and wants redistribution of income.

Morris always was pretty conservative, and mostly worked as a campaign strategist for Republican candidates; he was simply hired by the Clintons to try to cultivate a more centrist image. Yet he broke with them long ago.GatewaySnayke wrote:Question, when did Dick Morris become a nut-hugging neo-con? Morris is one of a thousand political talk-show whores; occasionally his assessment of political strategy is worth listening to, but his policy pronouncements are useless.

Ahh, I didn't know he was a conservative. I figured since he worked with the Clintons he was at least a centrist that was jaded or whatever.
Looks to me like he sucks at predictions since he co-authored that "Condi vs. Hillary" book. I mean, everyone thought Hillary was going to be the Dem candidate, but I think Morris and his wife were the only ones who thought Condi was a candidate for president.
Oh well, let's discuss Phil Gramm!
Go Red Sox.

Oh well, let's discuss Phil Gramm!
"We have sort of become a nation of whiners. You just hear this constant whining, complaining about a loss of competitiveness, America in decline," said the former Texas senator. "You've heard of mental depression; this is a mental recession."
McCain separated himself from the comments pretty quickly, but he's also tight with Gramm.Gramm also said the media was responsible for fostering unnecessary anxiety over the state of the economy. "Misery sells newspapers," he said. "Thank God the economy is not as bad as you read in the newspaper every day."
Go Red Sox.

John McCain Forgets: Was it Pittsburgh or Green Bay?
by BarbinMD
Thu Jul 10, 2008 at 04:06:28 PM PDT
Yesterday John McCain did an interview with a Pittsburgh radio station and told a story about his time as a P.O.W. in Vietnam:
"When I was first interrogated and really had to give some information because of the physical pressures that were on me, I named the starting lineup -- defensive line -- of the Pittsburgh Steelers as my squadron-mates."
Wow! The people of Pennsylvania and Steelers fans everywhere will eat that story up. Unless of course they’ve read John McCain’s book, Faith of My Fathers, and wonder how he could forget writing:
"Pressed for more useful information, I gave the names of the Green Bay Packers' offensive line, and said they were members of my squadron."
But hey, let’s cut McCain some slack here...it’s easy to forget details after 40 years.
