I couldn't tell you whether it sucks or not. I don't know how to tell if wine is good. Here's what their website says about the 2002 version.I have yet to notice any vanilla in my nose, and I have no idea what "jammy" means.BookCliff Vineyards Ensemble 2002
(Silver medal winner at the Eastern International Wine Competition 2005)
Medium red garnet color. Vanilla in the nose, jammy with bright berry flavors. A touch of black currant in the finish.
Varietal: 48% Merlot, 29% Cabernet Sauvignon, 23% Cabernet Franc
Appellation: Grand Valley
Production: 698 cases
Alcohol: 13.8%
Harvest: 9/21/02 - 10/06/02
Aging: Barrel fermented, malolactic fermentation. Merlot aged for 9 months in French oak barrels, Cabernet Sauvignon aged for 9 months in French and American oak barrels, Cabernet Franc aged for 9 months in French barrels.
I wonder if they make beer in France....
Of course, we were eating raw donkey so we needed a good belt of something to wash it down.

Where did you get it? Where do they use actual sugar? We hosted an exchange student for a while from Chile and she commented that the Coke didn't taste the same here, so I'm guessing Chile uses sugar as well.clake wrote:Mexican Coke!!!

I found it at Caputo's in Algonquin. I've heard rumors of Costco having it but I haven't looked for it there yet.jim wrote:Where did you get it? Where do they use actual sugar? I don't know how it is in Missouri, but they are technically illegal to serve in Nebraska (can't serve a beer mixed with liquor).maddash wrote:MMMMMmmmm. Not that it stops anyone from selling them...
