I just got offered McNabb for Jay Cutler and Michael Turner (from a guy who does not own LT).
Am I missing something here, or is this just a helluva deal?
EDIT: I do not own LT ether.
Is there something wrong with McNabb or LT??

McNabb is coming off knee surgery. Could be a risk, ala Cullpepper last year. Should be solid, but you never know. I'd do the deal if you have a good backup plan (I personally have Alex Smith as a backup to McNabb, who I drafted pretty low). Overall, I place very little importance on who my QB is. Unless you have one of the top dogs (Manning, Palmer, to a lesser extent Bulger, Brees, and Brady), it's pretty much a pick'em in the NFL right now.

Re: Is there something wrong with McNabb or LT??
I knew about him coming off of injury, but I accepted because I think McNabb when healthy is a top QB.
I normally don't put too much stock in QB ether, which is why I had Jay Cutler and Jason Campbell (who I'm VERY high on as a sleeper) at QB, choosing to shore up RB and WR in its place.
Thing is though, in only 10 games, (I don't think he played much in the 10th ether) McNabb was the 15th highest scoring fantasy player, scoring about 23 points/game on average (based on my league's scoring).
Give him 20 points/game through the next 6 games (we don't play week 16) and he's the third highest scoring player in fantasy football, and the second qb behind Manning (by only about 15 points, or, one point/week behind manning)
Give him 15 points/game for those last 6 games (well under his average) and he's STILL the 3rd highest fantasy scoring player (barely)
Those stats are why I'm making this trade. I'm high on Cutler, but not as a potential top 10 fantasy player. I'll have to find another QB to pair with Campbell in case of injury to McNabb <knocks on wood>, but sometimes you've just got to take a risk.

This was looking bad until this week. Hopfully, McNabb can get me 250+ yds and a couple of TDs each week from here on out.
I had him set to be benched, but Saturday morning decided to start him because Cutler had a real bad matchup. Thank goodness the Broncos play the Jags!

Damnit McNabb! I tied this week b/c McN scored 3 starting for me while Cutler had 14 on the bench.
