I don't know why I do this to myself, but so far they have come up with fantasy trades for:

Mark Teixeira
Adam Dunn
Ken Griffey
Edgar Renteria
Johan Santana
Joe Nathan

Nearly every single one of them revolves around a bunch of crappy prospects, and they all start DROOLING about trades that won't even happen. Like someone suggesting that Hendry will trade for Tex AND Lofton, calling it Lofton-Ramirez Redux or something stupid like that. It's like a very blue Cards Talk. UGH.

If he can play RF, I'd love to have him. If not, it'd be nice to facilitate a deal to get him to another team and pick up some quality players in the process.

Trade whatever it takes in terms of prospects. Get him here and put him in RF.

I'd have no problem with a deal centered around Pie and Marshall/Hill.

I'm sure any discussion would start with Pie. Do you think Pie, Gallagher, Petrick or Veal get it done?

Probably not, but how about Hill, Gallagher, Marmol and Pie? That would give the Twins a replacement closer or a top-flight set up guy if they re-up Nathan (Marmol), two starters, and a replacement for Tori Hunter (Pie) who would very likely thrive on the Metrodome turf.

Maybe I'm just spoiled by GRB's attitude that trading Juan Encarnacion, Rick Ankiel and Randy Keisler for an MVP-type player is stupid.

Those were both suggested as Pie + this combination. Pie, Gallagher, and Murton is far from a joke package.
