I like to include different conclusions and instructions in emails.

Because email me and real me don't always agree and that should be respected and feared.

A worse variant of such emailing happens to me when they send me & another co-worker (who, btw, has no clue about what goes in these meetings) to customer meetings and on our way back, I would summarize him the situation & best solutions to resolve the situation..and bam, 5 minutes later at my desk, I see emails copied to me, my managers and everyone else except the governor of the great state, that I & him came to a conclusion how we would be handling the problem.
I dont care much though coz my co-workers know what the deal is here but still it amazes me everytime.
