Gateway and RSS

My brother introduced me to Google Reader, it's sweet! Bunch of RSS feeds for sports, tech, etc...Tried to find GRB but couldn't. Just wondering if I can do anything different to maybe get it going. Not sure if you have to set it up or if google should just find you.

What type of content do you want to show up in the feed? Blog entries?

Really, anything...I saw one of the blogs on there. Mainly I would like to see threads on there, but I don't even know if that's possible.
