Rave: The Legend Club at Legrands

So I was walking the dog over the weekend and, as is often the case, I was wearing my trusty Cardinals hat. I'm passing by some neighbors on the sidewalk - who I've never met before, but there are like 100 houses in my neighborhood - and the gentleman says "Nice hat." So of course I ask him if he's from St. Louis, and he is! Ah what a nice coincidence. I ask him which part he's from (not where he went to high school, I'm defying conventions!) and he says "The Hill." So we talk for quite a bit about our favorite places on the Hill, about our families and St. Louis roots, etc etc. Nice conversation!

But then, importantly, he mentions that his family owns Legrand's. Legrand's! The favorite sandwich of GRB! I told him that I have never been there, but everyone loves the club. He smiled and nodded.

Anyway, I had to share. This thread was last posted in in September of 2016. I'd like to go back there. This is all the Cubs' fault.
