One of the things I thought was, man this guy was some kind of stupid doing this with a paintball gun. There are a lot of people around here carrying the real thing and would not hesitate to use it.

Harassment 1st degree.
illegal restraint
Attempted Burglary
Possession of Burglary tools
Aggravated Assault.
Possession of a controlled substance
Possession of drug paraphernalia
Possession with intent to distribute.

I think there are multiple accounts on all of these because this isn't the first time it's happened with these guys. Some of the drug charges relate to Fentanyl which is a class X Felony here. My friends in law enforcement and the courts say these guys are never getting out.
