I'm super impressed with France and their manager's ability to cover for all of their injuries, while putting players in new roles. Griezmann used to be the focal point of their offense in past world cups, and now he's a box-to-box midfielder in the engine room. No Pogba, no Benzema, no Kante, and they're still cruising. I stuck around until the second goal. Morocco came out in the second half and were knocking on the door and allowing France nothing on the counter. If they had gotten a goal, and damn, they deserved one, Deschamps could very well be under fire for subbing too late. The game changed and the second goal came after he shook up the lineup.
