Back in school, I developed an incredible sense of guilt about goofing off because it usually meant I was avoiding something I ought to be doing. Just a minute ago I caught myself feeling restless like I need to knock off the web browsing and get to work. But there isn't anything in particular thing I need to be working on so goofing off is perfectly fine. Weird.
