I've just binge-watched Sharp Objects over the last 2 days. Honestly one of the best shows I've seen recently, I didn't think it would be possible to do the entire thing over 8 episodes but they managed it.

There is a setting on your user profile that allows you to enable or disable word censoring. User profile>Board preferences>Edit display options

I just disabled mine to check; and it is now showing all the adult language that I am not supposed to see.
