For me, I recently broke 2 ribs by leaning over to the left in a lawn chair and smashing them against the arm rest. (I've broke these ribs before but damn, a lawn chair!)

I've never had knee problems and I dind't due anything yesterday to injure my knee. I woke up this morning and my knee hurt.
