Re: Former Cardinals Watch
Grichuk sprained the knee while making an awkward diving catch Sunday. He's expected to be sidelined for the next three weeks. Grichuk is off to a horrid .106/.208/.227 start at the plate this season, so a little time off might not be the worst thing.

Oh has been a good reliever for the Blue Jays this year. 2.03 ERA and 10.2 k/9 and his walk rate is way down to what it was last year. He'd be nice to have about now.

I know he sprained his knee during the catch, so this is probably a low blow, but that clip reminded me of this... but with a win at the end.

Looked up Adams' stats after watching that clip and the numbers seem to indicate him hitting the crap out of the ball, albeit in part time. (81 PA, 1.049 OPS)

So what the heck happened to Jason Heyward? He's having another terrible year at the plate.

cubs hitting coaches aren't as good as MabryMichael wrote:So what the heck happened to Jason Heyward? He's having another terrible year at the plate.
