Watched the first episode of Mindhunter on Netflix. Before I invest any more time, is it worth it?

Yall convinced me. On Episode 2 now. Can you imagine what the local yokels thought when they saw that film of the cult? LOL Oh to be a fly on the wall.Michael wrote:I'm watching this right now and it's pretty amazing. I think you can argue the tone of the doc is too sympathetic to the cult, but I think that's mostly a byproduct of them using more interview footage from the members. That's an understandable choice given the cult members are way more interesting than the small town folks and law enforcement.BottenFieldofDreams wrote:Wild Wild County is a well put together doc on a fascinating Oregon story. Maybe goes easy on the guru himself, but I think that was a deliberate choice in using him only as a frame. If that lawyer/mayor was at Jonestown, he would have drunk up all the Kool Aid before anyone else had a chance at the punch bowl.

Miyagi...the original Logan. All he needs is a tank top.

Final season of The Americans starts tonight. Worth catching up on this one, if you haven't been watching from the beginning. One of the best all-around series' that I've watched lately.

i really hate o fell off the Americans train.
It's nearly impossible to catch up on the season because google fiber nor netflix has them on demand.

I'm excited. There are so many different ways the end of this show could go down.Fat Strat wrote:Final season of The Americans starts tonight. Worth catching up on this one, if you haven't been watching from the beginning. One of the best all-around series' that I've watched lately.
And yes, I hope they reboot it in 20 years, and it's 2016 and the plot is that Philip and Elizabeth are brought out of retirement to recruit Trump as a Putin asset.
