When Stanton helps us win a World Series, I want a ring. No need to thank me guys.

Answer a survey to read the column. [expletive]. That.

Question 1: Do you anticipate a $300,000,000 income stream over the next several years?

Panik (service time), Shaw and Beede (both not in top 100) for Gordon and Stanton seems like an awful deal right? Couldn't the Yankees top that with Adams, Mitchell and Estrada?

It depends entirely on how much money Miami is picking up.
Getting Panik for Stanton and dumping the whole contract would be a win for the Marlins, no matter how lousy the prospects are.

If the Cards were to get a Marlins outfielder, would Piscotty just go to the bench? Signed an extension just a year ago.

Would guess he's in the deal if they acquire an OF.

If you send him a card with a hand drawn picture, there’s no way he could turn down the Cardinals amirite

I'm pretty sure most of the bloggers and journalists mine forums for topics to write about. It's a long season.

In addition, the generic column about player X or coach Y being a fit for the team has to be one of the hoariest conventions in sports journalism. But it wouldn't surprise me that these stories are pitched, either. I never thought that Bobby Petrino would be rehired at Louisville, but immediately after Charlie Strong left for Texas, up popped a story entitled "Would Petrino Return?" Something had to have been in the works at the newspaper.
