I sat during the anthem before the blues game. People were not amused.

Let's hope for more games like that this year. Although the blues were really out shot tonight.

That is partially by design when you go up 3-0 in hockey. It's frustrating and often backfires but most coaches play way too conservative after jumping out to an early lead. A big road trip is coming up so it's nice to see them bank a couple of early wins

I was wondering if someone did this at a Blues game how it would go. How bad was it??

I'm surprised about the very early start time for the Islanders game (noon CST).

Don't they usually have a few day games on Columbus Day for some reason? I'm hoping that they have the game on the cafeteria today at work. Everybody else in my group has the day off for Columbus Day since holiday schedules still haven't been synchronized after the merger so I'm just going to take my laptop in the cafeteria so it looks like I may be working and watch the Blues all afternoon.

If the rest of my group gets an extra day off that I don't get, I'm sure not going to bust my balls to get things done while I'm in the office. I would have just worked from home today but since I don't have cable I came in for the sole purpose of watching the Blues game in the cafeteria!

Blues have another shaky third period but still take two points in OT/SO.
