I paid me fees - see what I got on my anniversary?

Totally worth the $99.99 I pay per quarter...

Since the merger, we still haven't gotten to the point where everybody has the same software or even versions of the same software. We don't even have one common email platform yet and it's been nearly two years!

Anyway, things are being switched around (for the better) and I needed to transfer a report to somebody from my old group and she had something she needed to transfer to me. The idea is that we both get it done this week and pick up running the new stuff next week so we met Monday to show each other what's up. It should be straight forward but we both have different versions of the same software that do not work together at all so we have to modify one portion of each report to work with what we have. I have no idea how she's doing converting my report but it took me less than 15 minutes to replicate what she had (or more accurately, what my new boss had set up for her to refresh) and get it all working perfectly.

I'm not going to tell anybody that I got it done that quickly. I'll let them think I had to put a lot more effort into it than I really did. I did notify everybody that I'm good to go when the next report is due on Monday but I didn't tell them that I waited until fifteen minutes before to even start on the conversion. I figure it won't hurt anything.

All anniversaries and job seniority levels were reset after the Michael-Kyle transition.

Sexy flirty text messages are just the best. How did we survive before them?

I won't argue with that, but it was hard to beat the series of photos I got each with an article of women's clothing strewn somewhere in the house with the text saying "follow the clues"

Did the clues lead to a pile of laundry that needed to be done?

In Wart's case, yes.
