2016-2017 Blues (Hockey) Season

How are people feeling about the Blues on their recent run? I don't watch the team myself, but sometimes I'll inadvertently listen to discussion on 101 or 590. So far, the season seems to be broken down into three chunks:

1. The Blues are 3-0. Is Hitchcock actually going to leave?

2. The Blues are struggling. This Hitchcock-Yeo thing has wrecked the team.

3. The Blues are actually great! David Perron is the greatest!

I think the narrative this year is the Blues are awesome at home and terrible on the road.

And the day can't come fast enough that Jori Lehtera isn't on this team.

Is Lehtera bad? I thought he was all the rage a couple years ago? Wasn't there a lot of hype around the Statsny-Tarasenko-Lehtera line?

Tarasenko and Lehtera seemed to have some chemistry two seasons ago. They inked Lehtera to a pretty hefty extension -- presumably to keep Tarasenko happy -- and since then he has largely disappeared.

Schwartz, not Stastny. Lehtera started out on fire for a couple seasons then immediately disappears. It's like he has zero conditioning.
