What is the level of feasibility to getting one of those installed residential? Do you need to redo all the plumbing or what? I would like to have one of those toilets in our guest bathroom (this is the bathroom in which I'm allowed to poop in our house.)
Doable or not, I'm pretty sure you shouldn't be allowed to have one.
Why ?
Based on the bolded part haltz quoted, he's insinuating I'd flush a baby down such a toilet.

Such toilets are illegal in Austin. We live in a desert, so low-flow toilets are mandated. THANKS OBAMA.

It's an issue. But in 2011 we were a few months away from running out of drinking water supply for an area of about 2 million people, so low flow it is.
