Johnny Jay, why not rejoin us?
I never really left. I've lurked Baseball Talk for years. But my message board game is far too rusty. I'd need some minor league work first. Ha!

Kyle,

I can't post a youtube video from my phone. Presumably because the link copies with a period or something funky else going on. I demand this problem be addressed.

Please don't ban me. Thanks KS

Here's the link if you're interested.l in why I'm so upset it didn't work.

I don't think YouTube mobile links embed.

If I'm on my phone and copy the address bar (instead of clicking "share") of a YouTube video it gives me

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=V79oJLy7LjU

Take out the "s" and change "m" to "www" and you can post it.

It's a pain in the ass, but it works.

It doesn't, but you only get a link like that when you use youtube's "share to twitter/facebook/email" thing. If you just select all, copy and paste the actual web browser address you get an "m.youtube..." address. Or at least that's how it is on my phone.

I am quite happy to hear the board will continue. I really am not an avid poster, but it dawned on me that when my dad passed away, the only place I posted anything about it was here.

For some reason, there is a level of comfort here that doesn't exist on any other board I'm a part of (and I am actually a staff writer for other boards).

Thanks to JL21 for bringing me over from CardsTalk many years ago (though he was RC21 at the time).
