Your LeBron thoughts remain absurd. I can only assume you don't actually watch basketball but are an avid Skip Bayless fan.
Oh, so Steph is a comp to any "great" undersized player? Seriously? And my thoughts are absurd. My Lebron/Worthy pick was to show just how ridiculous comparing Steph to Iverson was, but since you're doubled down and said "any", I'm sorry I wasted my time. Ridiculous.
Even Skip Bayless wouldn't say something that stupid.
Hahaha
So Steph isn't a great undersized NBA player in your world?
I don't see a great injustice in comparing Iverson to Steph. Look at those Sixers rosters. Just so, so bad. Iverson was a warrior. I honestly don't know if Curry, probably the better player, has that kind of will.
I understand that LeBron has taken some part in building the narrative-his tattoo, for example. But the expectations for him and the baggage are ridiculous and so unfair. He'll never accomplish anything without asterisks and resentment and unmet expectations from being on the cover of SI at 16 and such

That's fine. But then I guess I could say without Wade taking the lead of the Heat and without Bosh setting up in the corners (or Ray Allen, whoever drifted out there to shoot open shots), then LBJ would be another Barkley or Malone. Never sniffing a title. And at least those guys are two of the best forwards to ever play. Iverson never had a stretch like Curry. Not close. But at least he has longevity on his side.
Hopefully you didn't use the link I provided. It might go to porn or something, as I clearly spelled it wrong. I blame my phone.
Now imagine if Iverson had one guy to pass to. One. He had a pretty phenomenal 6 year stretch. I'm not arguing he was a better player. But Steph is in a pretty excellent situation. And the recent internet view of Iverson is overwrought.
In both of LeBron's title winning seasons, he took more shots than Wade, scored more points than Wade, had more assists and steals than Wade, and played in 20 more games overall. Not to mention having more rebounds(along with all that other stuff) than Bosh too. Oh and those gaps were wider in the playoffs.
I loved Iverson. His finals team was crap, and I love the Sixers. McKie, Motumbo?, Ty Hill?, George Lynch? Theo Ratliff? Eric Snow? I think I'd take the Warriors roster.
And if Curry got the crap kicked out of him nightly like Iverson did, he may not be upright. And I love watching Curry too, just different game.
