Steph still getting that weird press treatment where, unlike LeBron and every other top dog in post-Jordan NBA history, when he disappears in a big game, no one gives him any [expletive].
That's the thing about being 6'2 and 150 pounds though. You can't just bully a game like LeBron did last night. That was just sheer will and a jumper that was falling consistently for the first time in a while. He played every position, guarded everyone and opened up so much space for Kyrie to operate. We'll see if he can do it against Draymond at home. Last night was exactly why in those pointless hypothetical arguments that the NBA is so good at fostering, I still take LeBron over Steph if I'm starting a team or picking MVP. Steph is amazing but he's just not a world eater and sometimes when plan A and B fails, you need a world eater. If Steph doesn't have Klay to pick up the shooting slack on his off nights and Draymond to be the bully, he's the new Iverson. Instead he's a champion.

Draymond is right. Lebron is a [expletive]. He's been a non-factor in their 3 losses. It's not a surprise that he had a good game while Draymond was out. Lebron does bully games. His dominance now is mostly putting his shoulder down and driving to the basket to score or flop. Steph has had bad games, but he can't out-physical anyone, although LBJ can't even score on him at all. That's the thing about the Warriors, though. They're a team. He's the leader of the team and they win fairly easily even when the other team defends him in double and triples. They know how to share the ball and play great team defense. Lebron is still searching for his first title where he's "the man". As long as he keeps playing GM and picking bad complementary parts, he'll never win. And that's fine by me.

Five games, not one exciting finish. Good game last night, and maybe I shouldn't complain about the last two minutes not taking 45 minutes with timeouts and replays, but it would be nice to see.

Nice try, but Lebron wasn't the man in Miami. Ever. It wasn't his team, it was Wade's. It wasn't him with the ball in crunch time, it was Wade's. Crap, Lebron doesn't want the ball in crunch time now. He'd rather take the ball out than take a critical shot.

The Worthy/Lebron comp was to show how ridiculous your Steph/Iverson comp was. The only thing remotely similar about Iverson and Steph are that both are shorter and could dribble. Nothing else about their games are remotely similar, in terms of how they play, how they approach, how they prepare, their philosophy. Nothing.
