Every time I go to Chicago I'm in amazement of all the buildings, the beautiful green space and the sheer number of people. Then a day later I can't wait to leave.

Got a job offer in the re-organized company I currently work for. Same pay and benefits, I will have to work 8-5 now instead of 6:30 to 3:30 and the office I will work from is about a 5 to 10 min further drive - 35 min commute - the wife is pissed because she needs me home earlier than 5:30 because she will now have to cook dinner.

This might sound really strange but I'm highly considering dropping out of my PhD program in biomedical engineering at a world class university for a career in ministry and i really need to stop it.

Finish the PhD first. If you still want the ministry after, go for it.Schlich wrote:This might sound really strange but I'm highly considering dropping out of my PhD program in biomedical engineering at a world class university for a career in ministry and i really need to stop it.
