I'm not much of a vocally angry person. I'd never yelled at a customer service person until yesterday.

My sister believes that getting in someone's face will make them try harder to please you. By someone I mean sales person, waiter, doctor, nurse, teacher, mechanic, pretty much anybody she deals with.

Yeah I definitely don't do that. In this case, I felt like (and still feel) that no one was interested in helping me with my problems until I coughed up some cash. Pretty sure I got about 8 different answers over the course of my call.
