This series is odd but we all knew this team had it in them.

Love the way they kept their foot on the gas in the 3rd.

Looked like the teams switched jerseys last night.

Hopefully, Hitch putting those lines back together was not only a confidence boost...but was also just something that was a lot more familiar for the players. It was silly, make that stupid, for Hitch to switch up the lines to start the playoffs.

Are we going to get a game where both teams show up? I'd love to watch a series with the Wild from Game 3 and the Blues from Game 4.

Jake Allen stopped 17-of-18 shots in the Blues 6-1 blowout win over Minnesota in Game 4 on Wednesday.
Allen was not particularity busy in this one and got to enjoy watching his team run all over the Wild in a fantastic road game. Allen has been very good this series in his playoff debut, allowing just six goals over the four games for a 1.51 GAA and .935 save percentage.

Vladimir Tarasenko - W - Blues

Vladimir Tarasenko scored twice in the Blues 6-1 romp of Minnesota on Wednesday.
Tarasenko has been on absolute fire this series with five goals on eight shots. His second of the night was a highlight-reel effort that ended in beautiful deke and lay-in on a down and out Devan Dubnyk. If you have in your playoff pool you are pretty happy with your selection. Kevin Shattenkirk added three assists while Patrik Berglund and David Backes each added a goal and assist in the blowout effort.

I didn't see that game coming at all. I thought it was either going to be a fast, furious, evenly matched game or a repeat of game 3. Wow did the boys ever answer the bell!!! Now can we PLEASE see the same team on Friday???

This is so blues it's not even funny.

Now that they've gotten our hopes up and we're excited at the potential they're going to lose a heartbreaker in triple overtime Friday night and then come out flat and lose 5-0 to be out of the playoffs.
