Ok, I have to admit this was a cool article about Albert:

http://sports.yahoo.com/news/albert-puj ... 06483.html
A few days ago, Albert Pujols' phone buzzed. He'd been sent a photo. He tapped the phone and there was Champ Pederson, Joc's oldest brother. Champ was holding up a jersey – Los Angeles Angels, No. 5, PUJOLS across the back, signed by Pujols himself – and wearing a great big smile.

Pujols had met the young man about a week before at a screening for a movie called "Where Hope Grows." It's about baseball, but mostly it's about Down syndrome.

Very cool.

Many here know I have a daughter with DS and I can't tell you how blessed I feel with her around. She really adds a lot to the family. The only quibble I have with the article is I don't think Children with DS are more work, just different work.

Red Sox placed RHP Joe Kelly on the 15-day disabled list, retroactive to March 27, with right biceps tightness.
The Red Sox hope that he'll be ready to go when they first need a fifth starter on April 11. Kelly threw 65 pitches in a minor league game on Wednesday without any known after effects, so it's reasonable to think he should be ready for a major league contest in a little over a week.

Kyle Lohse is batting 1.000 and has an ERA of 21.60.

I'm sure those numbers will both fall accordingly.

So glad that the Cards let Lohse walk, wouldn't want to be burdened with a terrible contract on a pitcher who's only average.

Just let the title wash over you for a moment.
Much like "Jason Marquis will be the fifth starter", this is a deeply meaningful sentence.

I assume there's a parking-cone shortage at the stadium lot.
