3 feet so far between yesterday and today. Maybe we'll hit 200" yet up there.

Down in Columbia, we sleep with a fan on and the bedroom window open all night. So nice to be able to do that in January and February.

I'm sick of this cold dreary ass weather. Ok, yeah it was 60 over the weekend and that was awesome, but now it's Monday, it's cold, it's overcast, I have a million things to do, I'm pretty sure I have some sort of stomach thing going on, and I'm feeling kind of sad right now. It just needs to be spring already.

My fiance's dad snapped a few pictures of his driveway after he finished snowblowing yesterday morning. Going by the ruler stuck in the ground, the pile is roughly 7 feet high for most of his driveway (which is really a giant blacktop parking lot that goes to his ginormous 3k square feet garage). Also for a frame of reference, that is a 120 lb English labrador. He said the pile by the road was even bigger - about 10-12 feet high.

Spoilered for size:

Holy [expletive], Boston got rocked. Haven't been paying close attention to the news. I knew they got a lot of snow but 77 inches in two weeks!!

Winter is Austin's best season. Went for a run on lunch break today along a great springfed creek trail. I need to do this more often.

[expletive] it's cold. I'm peeling now too, so itchy peeling and painful cold is not a good combo.

damn you. If I'm lucky I get to connect 3 parking lots together for a lunch time walk.
