Fat kid needs to lose 20 pounds. I like to drink, but it does my waistline no good.

Any other stuff you notice - ala energy levels, not falling asleep at the desk, etc?

I'm cutting back (going from about 10 drinks per week to 5) for a few lbs too, but wondering if any else is noticeable.

I feel better. Booze makes me sleep restlessly and more lethargic. I'm saving money too. I used to spend a lot of money on going out and drinking.

I did feel a bit of sour grapes last weekend. Watching a movie with a beer in my hand is a beautiful thing.

Overall, I feel great. Kinda makes me think I should quit drinking completely.

obviously, everybody reacts differently to alcohol. so Fwiw, on my 3rd week of cutting out the mindless drinking around the house - I seem to be able to rebound better on Monday from the weekend/special occasion drinks.

I think we're different. My issue is I tend to binge drink (although not always). After a few beers I typically want more. That's why it's important for me to not start drinking in the first place. It leads to hangovers and poor food choices. Even if I drink once a week it screws everything up.

When are pitchers reporting? I'd just like to report that I'm in my worst shape of my life.

The weather is crappy here and my gf teaches a yoga class so I took her to class and then went to pick her up. My god the parade of yoga pants coming out of that place. I imagine it is what heaven is like.
