Read the story "Blue Jays need to play Colby Rasmus every day"

See, that's why Miller Huggins should have kept Gehrig on the bench and played Wally. You can't count on rookies.

Brett Wallace and Colby Rasmus?

The Blue Jays are not winning it all this year.

Giants signed RHP Mitchell Boggs to a minor league contract.
Boggs was released by the White Sox on July 1 after posting a 9.50 ERA and 18/17 K/BB ratio in 25 relief appearances at Triple-A Charlotte. He was one of the top setup men in the majors in 2012 with the Cardinals, but that seems like the distant past at this point.

It's actually kinda crazy how none of the prospects we traded in the last 5 years amounted to much outside of Rasmus and Perez to an extent, and the ones we kept ended up being pretty good contributors. That gives me faith that if the front office trades one of the ones we have now, they must know/see something we can't.

Gregerson has been really good, but he's just a reliever and that might be a little longer than five years at this point.

It's so weird to see these names as punchlines after investing so much hope in the both of them.
