Judge tells man he is still legally dead.

FINDLAY, Ohio — An Ohio judge says a man who stood before him in court is still legally dead.

Donald Miller Jr. was declared dead in 1994, eight years after he disappeared from his home in the northwest Ohio town of Arcadia.

Miller resurfaced about eight years ago and went to court this week to have the ruling changed.

Wow! From Martinsville, the home town of John Wooden. I've heard that town has more crazy people than Bloomington (Bobby Knight) which happens to be just a few miles down the highway from Martinsville.
