My sister's up in the Lake Como area. She lived in Hamilton and passed away 2 years ago from multiple myeloma. My BIL hiked up into those hills and spread her ashes there.
The Bitterroots are just awesome.

Trout live in them waters. Although I understand that the Bitteroot R is in bad shape due to mining.

Never been to Missoula but I have been to Bozeman/Yellowstone and fished those waters.
