did anyone hear that "end of the world is coming" call-in on the talking dead? that might have been creepier then the finale.

Norman Reedus was hilarious on the Talking Dead during that call-in.

EDIT: The season finale was really anti-climatic, spent three episodes to build up to that?! At least Carl is a badass...even tho he's still being told to stay inside.

I feel like we're in for a holy [expletive] season on game of thrones.

I also feel like I need to go back and watch season 2 because I was completely lost last night.

My wife enjoys the show too, and we watch, but talking to her, she really has no idea what's going on either. There's a lot there. I read weekly recaps online the day after the show, I guess that helps w/ all the names and places, cause there's so much on that show.

So that last scene, was that all the women and children - or was that ALL of Woodbury being loaded into the prison? If it was just the women, children and infirm - seems like that would make the prison that much harder to defend.

[SHOW]
my understanding is that it is those people (women, children, elderly). it seems like the able bodies were at the prison and/or killed by the governor. a caller on talking dead made a good point about, what if those old people are keeling over in the prison due to old age? i imagine they will mostly be fresh meat for season 4.

I rewatched season 2 over the last 2 weeks and was fully engaged (engorged?) for last night.

Link to the recaps?

I haven't read these yet, but I've followed Andy Greenwald and the AV Club, which does two recaps. One for people that have read the books and one for those who haven't.

Also, how can you name an episode Valar Dohaeris and not have Arya?!

Here's the Recaps I read. They're generally Spoiler Free (and if there is a Spoiler, they're at the end and warn you. I don't read the Spoilers, and I've only read the first 2 books so far). The EW one is pretty entertaining read, and the Yahoo one is good at identifying new people and refreshing old ones.
