LOL.

If I try to do that, it's definitely not warm in the middle.

Look at this. You have no one to blame but yourself.

I took my wife to one of the 4 "fine dining" places we have in QC for "Valentine's Day" on Saturday. It was our first time at this one. The food was excellent, but I should have ordered an appetizer because I was still hungry afterwards. The head chef was this total type-A guy who was huge, probably 6'-4", 260. He seemed stressed. He was constantly roaming the dining room, talking to servers and guests. He stopped at every table to ask how the food was. I was afraid he'd go in the back and chew someone out if we had told him the food was bad.

Any fans of the chef coming out to make the rounds?

I bet those Webster people like it!

I'm a big fan of the chef washing his hands real good when he's cooking my food and not anything else. If his ego insists that he comes out fishing for compliments I'll probably tell him what is wrong with his food.
