Dexter's Season 7 Finale

If the final scene wasn't so predictable from the trailer, it would make the cliffhanger at the end of season four look like child's play...

It's going to knock the pants off everyone that doesn't have it completely pieced together though.

(I could be wrong about it but... I'm pretty sure)

Perhaps I've said this before, but How I met Your Mother is alternatingly very funny and barely sufferably sappy. Was hoping it would grow out of the sappiness (I came on board with a DVD marathon five seasons in), but it never did.

I don't watch the trailers for any show, They're deceiving and cheesy.
That said- I can't wait for the Dexter Finale, it's been a pretty good season overall.
More on Dexter in Spoilers.
And Homeland sucks balls. Particularly, Carrie, sucks the most.
[SHOW]
Hannah was bad news all along, but do you think Deb drugged herself?
Dex got sloppy going after the guy who got his mom, he should've been smarter than that. Especially, turning in Hannah w/ all she knows about him...

The latest Dexter was terrible. He was a bumbling idiot all the way around, which makes no sense and is out of character. I don't care if he fell in love or whatever. He's not that guy.

Agreed- he's been too smart to get even close to getting caught. Not to mention falling in love w/ serial killer...
Not sure how the writers can do that; portray this super smart, cautious guy for 10 episodes, and then have one where his just an idiot the entire time.

Is anyone watching Revolution? I have no idea why I'm still DVR'ing it. My gut is telling me that this is an awful show. I actually burst out laughing last night when I saw an ad for it and it said "most watched new drama". I guess other people need to get their guts re-calibrated. Or maybe I'm wrong. It is awful, isn't it? Anyone confirm this for me?

Not only is Carrie insane, but apparently the CIA is completely broken with shadow puppet organizations and people who only take orders from ? Also terrorist leaders run free in America. The CIA assassinate their own, and frame their own. Then bring up that they "don't make deals with terrorists" like it is justification for breaking another policy... but you can't use the first policy you broke as justification for breaking another policy. It makes no sense. wtf - are these characters stupid?

Now it is not only the writing, but EVERY SINGLE CHARACTER HAS FALLEN APART AND IS UNRELATEABLE TO THE VIEWERS.

Carrie: Is insane.
Brody: Confused wounded terrorist who turns his back on his family.
Mrs. Brody: Cheating, non-understanding jackhole.
Mike: Sleeps with his bestfriend's wife.
Estes: Heavy handed lying non-caring BS'er
The new assistant CIA Guy: Can't trust him. No idea who he's working for or what he's doing.
Brody's son: Doesn't have any lines.
Brody's Daughter: [expletive] teenager

Saul is the only one anyone can relate to, unfortunately the writing continuously gives him the shaft and pushes his role to the outskirts of the show. You take the only decent character and believable character in the whole shebang and turn him into a writers' beanbag each week.

It's like a CIA drama designed for morons. Not only that, I think the whole reason nothing makes sense anymore is because the writers are insane, and they're writing Carrie as a character they can relate too, thinking so can everyone else. My guess is somewhere along the line there was a writers' party, and they all started huffing helium for a week.

Oh and the series was renewed for the next season, and plot-wise the writers have written them into a massive hole where the aspiring aspect of the show: Terrorist Convert Soldier vs. CIA Agent has completely evaporated. The whole premise of the show is over, the allure is gone, and they can't piggyback on anything else with the show because NOTHING EXCEPT THE PREMISE was ever good to begin with.

And how can the insane person do her own job so terrible, yet somehow she steps in and does everyone else's job 9,000x better than they can?

I know all of the elite tactical teams have made four thorough sweeps, but perhaps he's behind this 20lb fan...
