Homeland-
Carrie sucks. No way a government agency would allow her near any operation. She's a nut job always blowing up and not listening. I'm still entertained and like the show. Hate the charcter, and I'm not sure that's the intent.
[SHOW]
And the big ending, when they were going to kill Brody? Why the double cross? Why would they leave Brody alive if the plan was to kill him, now that his cover is blown?
[SHOW]
That's the conceit the show works on though. She's not entirely stable, but she's the only one who pegged Brody as a traitor. It was kind of a ridiculous hunch she followed in Beirut, but she also snagged the video of Brody as a result. She's been shown to be valuable. I don't know that she could work for the CIA again, and we don't really know who she's working for at the moment. They've been vague about it, but now there's some sort of shadow organization involved, and she could probably work for an agency like that. The problem is they haven't explained who she thinks she works for. I can't recall her doing anything that crazy though in the past several episodes. She got out of the van in the last episode, but that turned out not to be a bad call either.

That's a good question about Brody. Peter and whatever group he works for have been assigned to kill him once he stops bringing anything to the table, and without Nazir they decide to keep him alive. I'm not clear why though, as there seems to be no way that bridge isn't burned. Scenes for next week seemed to indicate that too.

Her getting out of the car is exactly what I was referencing! She's too lmuch of a live wire, and could have blown this thing like 20 times! Like, storming into Brody's hotel room a few episodes back, thus blowing that they were onto him.

That's what I think too.
That's why the guards would let him in w/ access to Otto. And why he'd be obviously pissed.
But going after Tara? Don't do it man.

And Nero... Poor guy.
And Gemma.... What a b*tch. Just playing everybody every second.
[SHOW]
so he is a US Marshall and the nurses brother.

Unrelated to that, this is close to jumping the shark again.

SOA jumped last season. Clay's storyline did the show in for me, and I probably should have stopped in Season 3 with the whole Irish deal but I was hoping they'd pull it out. I like Maggie Siff a lot and I wish she'd hook up with a better show, but I suppose it's a good gig for her.

Speaking of which, I saw this on Reddit about Walking Dead

and it reminded me of what Michael said here about Agent Stahl from SOA

Clay should've been dead 2 years ago, I agree.
If he gets "off" going to Belfast, lame again.
And If Tig lives...
Again, it's BS. These guys live in a crazy dangerous world, where everyone gets killed, all the time, unless you're a main character.
Please, Kurt Sutter needs to watch Boardwalk Empire, where anyone can and does get smoked at any time.

i dont know who's trying to explain him...er i haven't heard any talk about him. kirkman was on talking dead and was asked about him and they said it was to show that there are other people out there, crazy (or non-essential to the TWD storyline) as they may be.

I did. And it was. Nucky seems to have gone Full Gangster.

I hope Margaret is gone for good.

WTF is True Blood supposed to be? Just proof that people will fall madly in love with anything on HBO? Maybe there's a charm to it that requires more than the five minutes of viewing I gave it, but I thought it was a serious show and what I saw was like one of those incomprehensibad parody movies of the last several years.

Oh, it's definitely not a serious show. High camp.
