Tony made a mess of this inning. Could have gone to his right handed killer - Dotel - when Lynn had already gone over an inning. No reason to send him back out there. Absolutely none. And then to NOT take him out after the first HR is completely inexcusable. I don't really care how the rest of hte inning would have set up with the lefty and then the other righties. You have to play to win the game and Lynn was not the best option to face those power hitters.


Well, it doesn't matter now, because Dotel is giving up hits and runs now, too. It's just not our night. Our pitchers couldn't get it done. Not much else you can say.
